The problem

The traditional denture workflow is a chair-time sink.

Conventional full denture cases routinely require five or more patient visits — separate appointments for preliminary impressions, border molding, jaw relations, try-ins, and delivery. Each return visit consumes chair time, staff coordination, and patient goodwill.Remakes and mid-course corrections are common when capture and verification happen across disconnected steps. Patients drop out. Schedules back up. The bottleneck is not whether you can print — it is that capture and validation are fragmented across too many appointments.

Workflow

Capture once. We do the rest. Deliver in two.

STEP 01

Capture

Single appointment

Using the JB capture system, take the impression, jaw relation, and occlusal plane in one sitting. Scan and upload.

STEP 02

We design & fabricate

Lab-controlled

Our lab designs the denture and prints a try-in. Full QC and finishing handled for you — no equipment, no post-processing.

STEP 03

Verify & deliver

Two visits total

Confirm esthetics and occlusion with the printed try-in, then deliver the finished prosthesis. Two visits, verified result.

The system

A clinically-developed capture system — not a gadget.

JB Tray

JB Tray

Just Border

A thermoplastic impression tray that replaces separate custom trays and occlusal wax rims. Capture border molding, final impression, and jaw relation in a single chairside visit — then scan and upload to PrintDenture.

  • Single-step border molding and final impression in one tray
  • Records vertical dimension and centric relation at the same visit

JB Fork

JB Fork

Radi+

An inter-maxillary jaw-relation device that replaces occlusal wax rims. Capture final impressions, vertical dimension, and centric relation in one visit — with Radi+ markers to align facial scan, CBCT, and intraoral scan data.

  • Final impression, VD, and centric relation in one chairside visit
  • Radi+ markers align facial scan, CBCT, and IOS into one dataset

POP Bow

POP Bow

Occlusal-plane recorder

An assembled occlusal-plane recording device used with JB Tray or JB Fork when a facial scanner is unavailable. Transfers occlusal plane, upper lip line, and maxillary anterior tooth position to the lab setup.

Why not in-house?

The printer you don't have to own — or babysit.

In-house 3D printing carries hidden costs: equipment, resin, post-processing labor, learning curves, and inconsistent QC across cases. With PrintDenture, you capture chairside using a clinically-developed system. We handle design, fabrication, QC, and finishing — so your team stays focused on patients, not printers.
